• • This is the percentage fee that Trvlme deducts from each trip your agency completes.

• Monthly Membership

  • A recurring monthly payment for your selected agency package.

• Dedicated Account Manager

  • Each agency receives a personal account manager from Trvlme who handles payments, staff matters, complaints, and general questions.

  • Depending on your package, you may receive a mobile phone or tablet to stay in touch with your account manager more easily.

• Published Trips

  • The total number of trips your agency can post on the platform, based on your package.

• Trip Zones

  • Domestic Trips

    • Travel within the same city. For example: 3 Days in Brasília – Metropolitan Cathedral, JK Memorial, Dom Bosco Sanctuary, Dawn Palace.

  • Homeland Trips

    • Travel between cities within the same country. For example: 7 Days in China – Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen.

  • International Trips

    • Travel between countries within the same continent. For example: 10 Days on the Mediterranean Coast – Italy, France, Spain.

  • Universal Trips

    • Travel between countries across different continents. For example: 15-Day Love Story Tour – Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt.

  • Vintage Trips

    • Classic, long-established journeys that travellers have taken for generations. For Example: Visiting all U.S. states; Alexandria to Cape Town; exploring all prefectures of Japan.

• Maximum Trip Budget

  • The highest trip fee or total budget you can set, depending on your package.

• Sales Target

  • The total sales or revenue (before any deductions) you must achieve to qualify for an upgrade to a higher package.

• Minimum Trip Target

  • The minimum number of completed trips required to qualify for an upgrade.

• Insurance Deposit

  • A security deposit held by Trvlme to ensure compliance with platform policies and to protect travellers in case of violations or issues during a trip.

  • If needed, Trvlme may use this deposit to cover any damages or compensate travellers which host may cause.

    • Important Notes

      • Your agency package will be upgraded automatically once you complete the insurance deposit, meet your sales target, and reach your minimum trip target.

      • If you close or sell your agency, you will receive a refund of your insurance deposit up to the closing date.

• INSURANCE DEPOSIT PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Full Payment

• • • • Pay the full insurance deposit when you register or upgrade your agency package.

      • Note: The Diamond Package requires full payment equal to the budget of your most expensive trip.

2. Instalment Plan

• • • • You may pay the deposit gradually; Trvlme will deduct 10% from each completed trip until the full amount is covered.

        Examples

        • Bronze: $500 total. Pay at once, or via 10% per completed trip until $500 is reached.

        • Silver: $5,000 total (Bronze $500 + $4,500). Pay at once, or via 10% per completed trip until $5,000 is reached.

        • Gold: $10,000 total (Silver $5,000 + $5,000). Pay at once, or via 10% per completed trip until $10,000 is reached.

        • Platinum: $20,000 total (Gold $10,000 + $10,000). Pay at once, or via 10% per completed trip until $10,000 is reached.

        • Diamond: Must be paid in full; the amount must match your most expensive trip budget.

      • Once your deposit is fully paid, Trvlme will stop deducting insurance-related amounts from your revenues.

• STAFF MEMBERS

  • The number of staff you can include depends on your package. Each approved staff member receives an official ID and uniform.

• MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Trvlme promotes your trips on social media platforms based on your package level (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

• UPGRADE TERMS
  • Manual Upgrade

• • • Request an upgrade any time through your Host Support Form.

    • After we receive your request, our team will contact you to confirm.

    • You will receive a payment link for any remaining insurance deposit amount.

    • After payment is confirmed, your upgraded package will be activated.

• Automatic Upgrade

  • Each package has requirements: sales target, minimum trips, and insurance deposit amount.

  • Once you meet all three, our team will notify you and unlock your upgraded package features.

  • Trvlme reserves the right to upgrade any agency automatically once all conditions are met.

• DOWNGRADE TERMS
  • Manual Downgrade

    • Submit a request to  downgrade through your chat with our team in your Message section in Dashboard.

    • After confirmation, you will be invoiced the difference to align your insurance deposit with the lower package.

    • Remove extra published trips to comply with your new limit, or our team will remove the least profitable ones.

• Automatic Downgrade

  • If monthly membership payments (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) are missed, Trvlme reserves all the right to deduct the amount from your insurance deposit.

  • If the deposit balance reaches the lower package limit, your agency will be downgraded automatically.

  • Repeated behaviour to violating platform policies that lead to deductions can also trigger an automatic downgrade once the deposit falls below the package threshold.
