To start, you can create trips to host other travellers from everywhere in the world in your city, and let them discover the real experience of you as a local, with or without much cost and expenses on you.
Let them test your normal real daily traditional food, use your local transportation, visit your local locations …etc.
Collect your points from discounted and free trips to be able to pay for your free trips. For more info check Host For Free.
1- Search for Trip
- You can search and find free trips in the Browse Listings.
- Once you head there, you will find a list of our trips, services..etc. , select Free Trips.
- Also you will find filter for features and terms such as mode, region…etc.
2- Trip Page
- When you find the trip you need, you can click on it to check more details.
- In the trip page you will find Images of the location, Videos, brief description about the Agency, Host, Cancellation Policy, Included features , FAQ and other Travellers Reviews.
- You will also find extra services in case you want to promote your trip with more luxury terms.
- You will also find other trips that Host may provide too.
3- Talk with Host
- In the trip page you will find “Talk with Host”, where you can send Host messages asking for more details regarding the service details or extra service..etc.
- You will find all your conversations in your dashboard in the inbox messages section.
- You can discuss with the Host terms of travellers volumes, genders and ages..etc.
- You have to agree with the Host about the date and time and meeting point.
- Make sure you declare all information with the Host to avoid any disputes during the service because we will consider your conversation together as reference in case of dispute.
4- Booking Details
- Trvlme provides 2 kinds of booking:
- Instant Booking: which Host doesn’t need to approve your booking in advance and you will be headed directly to checkout page to pay.
- Pre-Booking Confirmation: which Host has to approve your booking before checkout, and the reason for this, is Host need to prepare trip elements such as accommodation, transportation, tickets, reservation..etc. before hosting you, in this case you will receive an email with the Host confirmation.
- We highly recommend to talk with the Host and agree about everything and checked the cancellation policy, before you book.
- You have to determine using the calendar when you want to have your service, determine the number of travellers and ages. Also in some cases the Host will need names and copy of IDs of travellers for registration and security.
- Once you insert the above information and details, you can click on Checkout.
5- Checkout & Point Balance
- You have to insert your personal information in terms of Name, telephone number, relative telephone number, email address..etc.
- You must select the Host Points method to pay the free trips. So make sure that you have sufficient Points for the trip you want to book in your Point Balance.
- In some cases, you may be asked to upload a copy of your ID or passport and the other travellers too.
- After you click on Process, our team will receive your request and check your Point Balance, deduct the points of the free trip from your point balance and complete your booking.
- Kindly Note, in case you tried to book a free trip without a sufficient point balance, our team will punish you by deducting points from your point balance or from your insurance deposit as a violation.
6- QR Code Confirmation
- Once we deduct your points, our team will send you a confirmation email includes your confirmation QR code, kindly keep this code with you if you will have internet in your mobile during your trip or print it if you would not, so the Host can scan it when meeting and recognise you to start your trip safely.
- You will also receive a new message from your team including your new Point Balance.
