1- Search for Trip
- You can search and find our trips in the Browse Listing.
- Once you head there, you will find a list of our trips and also filter, select Paid Trips, Free Trips, Services or Transport.
- Also you will find trip features and terms such as zone, category, mode, region, accommodation, transportation, food, age restriction, provider..etc.
2- Trip Page
- When you find the suitable trip for you, you can click on it to check more details.
- In the trip page you will find Images, Videos, brief description about the Agency, Host, Cancellation Policy, Trip Program, Includes Features, Cancelation Policy FAQ and other Travellers Reviews.
- You will also find extra services in case you want to promote your trip with more luxury terms.
- You will also find other trips that Host may provide too.
3- Talk with Host
- in the trip page you will find “Talk with Host”, where you can send Host messages asking for trip modification regarding locations, Food, accommodation or extra service..etc.
- You will find all your conversations in your dashboard in the inbox messages section.
- You can ask the Host to make a discount for you, in terms of travellers volumes, genders and ages..etc.
- You have to agree with the Host about the date and time of arrival, the meeting point (Location) where you are going to meet together, whether to start the trip directly or heading first to accommodation location.
- Make sure you declare all information with the Host to avoid any disputes during the trip because we will consider your conversation together as reference in case of dispute.
4- Booking Details
- Trvlme provides 2 kinds of booking: “Instant Booking” which Host doesn’t need to approve your booking and you will be headed directly to checkout page to pay, and “Pre-Booking Confirmation” which Host has to approve your booking before checkout, and the reason for this, is Host need to prepare trip elements such as accommodation, reservation..etc. before hosting you, in this case you will receive an email with the Host confirmation.
- So we highly recommend to talk with the Host and agree about everything and checked the cancellation policy, before you book.
- You have to determine using the calendar when you want to start your trip, determine the number of travellers and ages. Also in some cases the Host will need names and copy of IDs of travellers for registration for booking tickets and hotels.
- Once you insert the above information and details, you can click on Checkout.
5- Checkout & Payment
- You have to insert your personal information in terms of Name, telephone number, relative telephone number, email address..etc.
- You can select the suitable method to pay the trip fees among many payment methods such as Credit Card, Google pay, Apple Pay..etc.
- In some cases, you may be asked to upload a copy of your ID or passport and the other travellers too.
6- QR Code Confirmation
- Once we receive your payment, our team will send you a confirmation email includes your confirmation QR code, kindly keep this code with you if you will have internet in your mobile during your trip or print it if you would not, so the Host can scan it when meeting and recognise you to start your trip safely.
