1- Banning Terms:
- You will find below list of violations which if you commit one of them, your agency will be banned for 10 day:
- 1 time trip cancellation by the Host.
- 1 time fake or fraud 1 or more elements of a published trip.
- 1 time not implementing 1 or more elements of on-going trip.
- 1 time ignoring messages/calls from our team.
- 1 time misbehavior with the travelers.
- 1 time mess/delay to attend on time to meet travelers.
- 1 time violating safety policy regarding ID and Uniform..etc.
- 1 time ID or T-Shirt loss.
- 1 time using ID or T-shirt with another agency.
- Not returning IDs for resigned staff or when downgrading your agency.
- Consequences:
- As a punishment, your agency will be banned for 10 days and its trips will not be shown for the travelers.
- During the banning period, the host must solve, correct and modify the problem that caused the ban.
- In case the problem which caused the ban won’t be solved, the ban will be extended to 20 days then blocking your agency.
- You will find below list of violations which if you commit one of them, your agency will be banned for 20 day:
- 2 times trip cancellation by the Host.
- 2 times fake or fraud 1 or more elements of a published trip.
- 2 times not implementing 1 or more elements of on-going trip.
- 2 times ignoring messages/calls from our team.
- 2 times misbehavior with the travelers.
- 2 times mess/delay to attend on time to meet travelers.
- 2 times violating safety policy regarding ID and Uniform..etc.
- 2 times ID or T-Shirt loss.
- 2 times using ID or T-shirt with another agency.
- Consequences:
- As a punishment, the agency will be banned for 20 days and its trips will not be shown for the travelers.

- In case the problem which caused the ban won’t be solved, the agency will be blocked.
2- Blocking Terms:
- You will find below list of violations which if you commit one of them, your agency will be blocked:
- Submitting personal/organization false or wrong information.
- Submitting fake documents.
- Violating Host terms of Service
- 3 times trip cancellation by the Host.
- 3 times fake or fraud 1 or more elements of a published trip.
- 3 times not implementing 1 or more elements of on-going trip.
- 3 times ignoring messages/calls from our team.
- 3 times misbehavior with the travelers.
- 3 times mess/delay to attend on time to meet travelers.
- 3 times violating safety policy regarding ID and Uniform..etc.
- 3 times ID or T-Shirt loss.
- 3 times using ID or T-shirt with another agency.
- Consequences:
- Black listing the host, plus preventing re-registering again or joining as a staff member with other agencies.
- Host has to ship back all agency IDs, otherwise this will be deducted from the insurance deposit.
- Our team will close your agency and invoicing all the agency revenue, expenses, compensations, violations, insurance deposit then transferring it within 10 days.
